Ordering soaps from Krafty Bubbles

Placing an order is easy! We accept payment online using your credit/debit card through PayPal. PayPal enables you to make credit card purchases online with increased security.

PayPal is free for buyers and will not share your financial information with any third parties.

There is also 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

However, if you prefer not to use PayPal then you can place your order over the telephone and your order will be posted as soon as your cheque is cleared. We do not have the facilities to take payment by credit or debit card other than using PayPal.

There is one rate of postage - £3 on all items posted to the UK.

We use recycled materials and packaging where possible so you can enjoy our products with a clear conscience.

Our items are checked prior to dispatch and we make every effort to ensure that we package the item in such a way that it should suffer no damage during transit. We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Krafty Bubbles.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods you are entitled to return them, unopened and unused, and cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Please call us to let us know your item is being returned and obtain proof of posting. Krafty Bubbles will not be responsible for postage costs incurred in returning an item unless the item is faulty.
